Now you can put my outstanding reputation for service and reliability to work for you. I am your advocate.  By using CIA Home Inspections, you benefit from a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer performing your inspection.  Not all inspectors are engineers!  I personally perform all inspections and write all of the reports.  Every inspection and report exceeds state and national standards.  I also strongly encourage your presence and questions during the inspection, so I can familiarize you with the home and explain things to you as we move through the house.  You are always welcome to call with follow-up questions. 

I am bound to a strict code of ethics, this ensures quality service while providing important protections. For example, I must:

  • Work Exclusively for the Customer; not Realtors 
  • Follow National Standards of Practice (ASHI) 

I am trained to be familiar with a wide variety of situations. I believe that consumers have the right to expect the highest standards of thoroughness, fairness and effectiveness from their home inspector.
